I realised today that I have contributed to a few threads in the last five or so days, and that in my time on the forum since 'the hack', I have contributed to just under 100 pages worth of threads. I know, though, that I will go through weeks at a time when I just read without contributing anything because I either have nothing to say, or because nothing being said on here interests me.
So I would describe myself as 'actively sporadic'.
How do you see your own participation in this forum?
mostly pointless.
I'm a lurker...
I like winding people up. Makes the days pass a little quicker.
I'm a [s]lurker[/s] salesman...
🙂
Too nice to be a " big hitter"?
fits and bursts....
particularly active when i have to fill my quota of days on tech support.
slightly active when i have to actually go in the field.
unlikely to be seen much when i am not working.
Did I miss a thread?
Miserable chip-on-shoulder Scouser
Easily distracted
Miserable fascistic bully and enemy of the people. Apparently.
I have contributed to just under 100 pages worth of threads
687... 😯
I don't contribute much to the bike forum as I know so little. Most of my contributions are to chat where I know less but I don't care.
obsessed by titanium would describe me
355 pages
Consisting mostly of :
1. Hit the North
2. Monday Night Pub Ride
3. Crisps
I have contributed to just under 100 pages worth of threads
That's 2,237 posts, if you care.
Mine is, erm, more. *cough*
118 pages and a variety pack of Monster Munch...
Rachel
as billy no mates
591 pages...............I need to get out more.
Only 229 pages, not sure if that includes posts under my previous nom de plume though.
F- must try harder
229 here too. In 3.5 years. I need to get out more or work harder....
78 pages over 5 years it is almost as if I have a real life and a job.
407 pages of mainly drivel....
239 under this id.
734 under my previous.....

Awsum.
i was the top poster a few times back in the day. i try to check in everyday still
34 pages, probably 30 of which are from the last month or so.
Work is quiet.
My contribution is Big.
Mainly in the bike forum, avoid those that run to many pages, can't resist any thread with the title "weight saving" in it!
589 pages post hack.
What do you have to hit for Big Hitter status!?
That's 2,237 posts, if you care.
I care Cougar - and have a vaguely genuine reason for asking, what's my post count?!
270 pages.
Just be thankful they don't have the lists of top posters in the magazine any more...
386, clearly I miss you all and feel needy 😛
232, mostly if off colour but things that make me giggle and get slapped with a ban so fodder for tattoo haterz and singlespeedy shite. I contribute nothing to this ere forum or the sport in general of any worth whatsoever.

It's quality, not quantity. Sorry but you're a minnow (no offence)
I, of course, have both. 1054 pages of pure gold.
We need those guys from the Big Data thread to come trawl the forum.
It would be quite funny to have a "topic cloud" diagram for each member showing what they talk about and how much, bike/chat, negative/positive, how advice asked for/given. Or quite depressing, probably, if you clicked on your own!
Good point. Counting pages of threads flatters those that don't keep banging on and on and on when it's a thread on something like politics, religion or helmets 🙂njee20 - Member

Or bikepacking.
Or tune associations!
If you have a fairly unique username try a google site search, eg singletrackworld.com:wwaswas
I did and frightened myself.
That's a lot of occurrences of a username
13 pages, 5 years. Rubbish compared to you lot.
203 pages of mostly bike-related comment. I don't do politics and religion, unless bike-related, obviously#.
#See campag thread.
Hmmmmm ..., page after page (500+) of the inarticulate, mostly nonsensicle ramblings of a chippy northern idiot, indespeesed with periods of silence enabled by the ban hammer
And some photoshop, Gregg's references and pictures of Benny Hill

That'll include people using your name though, but I guess if you take 80% or so you probably won't be a million miles off, and puts you ahead of Al, stirling effort!
