Not very pricey at Pace...which means it can't be a long job...seen what those guys charge for servicing RC35 forks...which if you can assemble a kebab you can service 
Got a mate with Madison account so can source bushes...unless anyone has a better source to recommend

issue si going to be getting the new bushes inserted to the right depth.
If Pace don't charge much then I'd let them do it, tbh.
Maybe Fork English could - he'd probably be amenable to you sending just lowers and fitting them for you, too.
The problem is in getting them the right size, most bushing seats in the lowers are tapered slightly so the further you press the bushing in the tighter it gets arround the stanchion. It's getting them into exactly the right depth for your fork that takes practice.

Usually these days the service people (TFTuned, LoCo, Fox, whoever...) size the bushes to your particular stanchions by pressing them further into the taper as stated above. No reaming involved AFAIK, just a very specialist tool I think! It's a very precise job and not something I'd try at home, TBH. And I know my stuff with bike mechanics.... 
How old is the fork? Just bought some EXM150's and wondering how long the bushes will last?!
