Black stem and silver seatpost?
The style police will be soon along to add their comments.
I think it looks mint!

Love the rear hub. All black so it gets my vote. Very nice.

[quote=fr0sty ]@NBT, what saddle are you running? Cheers

it's a cheap specialized body geometry saddle from the spares bin - I picked up from the classifieds here I think. The WTB Rocket V from the 26er SS will be going on soon

@5thumbs - The bars are Mt Zoom 25.4, the wide option (640mm) which are bar-end friendly, apparently. They are silly light at 109g, and have a 9 degree sweep I think.

They are even nicer in the flesh; great carbon layup and the finish is gorgeous in the sun.

Thanks for all the compliments folks.

Let's see more rigids/ss 29ers!

Depends on the frame, some wear it better than others and i happen to think the on ones pull it off quite well. My canfield however looks daft in small sizes....albeit no worse than other extreme such as a 20" Orange 5 which looks ludicrous.

Can't wait to build up my new Swift tomorrow.

It's going well.
I found it's limits at SITS, the mixture of mud and grass getting wedged between the belt and pulley eventually broke the belt, although Gates have promised me a free replacement.
In normal mud and sand, it's brilliant.

That Curtis is lovely, but I'm still leaning towards the Singulars. They just look 'right'.

I like the idea of being able to run gears too. I think I love my P7 too much to change to a 29er though... but maybe if Orange did a P7 29er...

Slight hijack, but I'd love to know how many of you are using these as your only (mountain) bike - or have you also got a fully geared 26" full suss in the shed? There are some very temptingly beautiful bikes in this thread, but sadly I fear it would have to be an 'instead of' rather than 'also' for me to justify one...

I have a 26" SS with font boing, the XC9, and a Nicolai Helius CC, and a road bike.
The most ridden is the XC9, mendip, quantock, anywhere really.
Helius is mainly for big days out, where suspension makes it just a bit more daft.

All my bikes are singlespeed and big wheeled. from my light and racy to big days out in the mountains, chunky and boingy fronted. I may add a gearie back into the collection (1x10) for a something like a transition bandit 29er or niner WFO for alpine hols, but that's it.
