    Anyone know where I can get hold of a rigid 1 1/8 fork for a 24" wheeled kids bike? Everything I can find online if is for the race BMX world and either has no brake bosses or costs £100. Current "suspension" fork weighs an absolute ton!

    or you must have one of those slightly weird bike shops nearby, you know the one that looks like a large pile of old and knackered bikes stacked up against a wooden counter with a few inner tubes and an 89 year old audax rider presiding

    No luck from the lbs so far. Local tip seem to have a portacabin set up for the sole purpose of ebaying bikes.
