I've realised either Handel or Behemoth "Apostasy" do it for me, especielly when driving. Bear in mind, I almost fell asleep at the System of a Down/Sepultura/Slayer gig at Astoria, it was so relaxingly noisy

John Coltrane is really well-known in jazz circles, but his wife made some great records too. Some are noisy, some are just really lush sounding with lots of Indian instrumentation:

Raymond Scott wrote the music for a lot of the classic Warner Brothers cartoon like Bugs Bunny, but had a parallel life as an electronic composer. He made three records called "Soothing Sounds For Baby" that bear more than a passing resemblance to modern electronic stuff like the Global Communication track posted above:

Try some Phamie Gow, a multi talented musician. i especially like her piano composures. Very relaxing.
