LOL - I had that this morning - Shifters frozen, was single speed but had to loosen the rear cable to be able to a decent gear - I WAS NOT GOING TO REMOVE MY GLOVES

It was -12C arriving at work on frozen roads, made easy on the Surly Pugsley at 7am.
Then only -3C at midday on way home...
