LOL – I had that this morning – Shifters frozen, was single speed but had to loosen the rear cable to be able to a decent gear – I WAS NOT GOING TO REMOVE MY GLOVES 😉

I’m not sure people would want to see me stood on Halifax station swearing under my breath at the latest “sorry for any inconvenience” message telling me my train is yet again, late.

There have been no other bikes for over a week.

It was -12C arriving at work on frozen roads, made easy on the Surly Pugsley at 7am.
Then only -3C at midday on way home…

No pictures to add as it’s been way too wet to risk getting a camera out here today. However, that Maxlight is stunning!
