A bit more detail may help ?
Overseas where,
What's it for,
How much it is etc ?Posted 5 months ago # -
I wouldn't. I'd buy from an established ebayer etc in the states but the other way? Is it verified? Plus what if the card details turn out to be stolen.

Doesn't 'gift' reduce your rights? They can recall the money, or something.

That's what I was wondering. A chap on another forum who is in the states, wants some disc brakes off me for £250.

When I was selling a Turner frame I had loads of decent offers from the States, Poland, Lithuania etc (mainly through pinkbike) I politely declined and waited for a UK buyer.
Somethings aren't a 'global village' IMO

Get him to transfer the money with a direct bank transfer (international wire transfer) ?
May cost him a few more quid, but if he's genuine he won't mind ?

Cheers. That makes sense. Really don't fancy sending someone two bikes worth of brakes gratis.
