Just thought I'd give Osprey packs a shout out for great customer service.
They have great warranty for defective packs, but I was pleasantly surprised that they were so helpful with a replacement buckle when my wife's Momentum 34 got broken at work.
I was expecting to have to pay for a new buckle as it was trodden on and broken, but they were extremely pleasant to deal with and have offered to simply send one out to us straight away
I doubt it was an expensive part, but they didn't have to do it for free.
With the overall quality of the pack (higher than my more expensive Evoc) and great customer support I'll be buying their products in the future
