J is currently in the alps on family business but reckons I’d really like it there so I have almost convinced him we should go back there on a biking holiday ‘soon’. If I can gather some info and really sell it to him when he comes home, I think I am on to a winner…

So, can anyone recommend any guide books or websites with details of fairly easy riding in the Alps. We’ll probably be staying in the vicinity of Gap so local-ish would be good.
We’re after forest tracks or equivalent and singletrack up to sort of ‘easy red’ equivalent in the UK if anyone can recommend anything.
