There was some questioning of whether indoor was aware of outdoor. I can now conclusively answer.
They're both taking her out for valentines tonight to a concert. So yes he is. Still can't wrap my head around it.
And as I'm feeling thread resurecctiony I may go poke the still glowing green wall later as the ladder is upstairs.
