    Tomorrow im joining 7 others on a 50 mile charity bike ride from Darlington to North Tynedside. A couple of which do little riding and one is on one of them folding bikes with the little wheels. Apparently the thing is really quick but im not sure if 50 miles will actually destroy him! I have the upmost respect for the guy giving it a go and can't wait to see what dramas occur amongst us all.

    Im sure as long as nobody takes it too serious in your group – then the guy on the little bike will be just fine.

    Just make sure you remind the others its a fun ride for charity. No doubt you will get one guy wanting to be a hero though..
