Just rang Mojo. The responsibility for Fox warrentee is not longer with them.

    Care to elaborate?

Is a warrentee a bit like a manatee?

Interesting, one would hope that’s because they are producing their own stuff and not because of some sillyness.

    That’s why I choose Rockshox.
I always thought Fox might eventually lose their Mojo.

Presumably (as there has been no announcement) this is more likely a ‘fox part on a bike broke so your warranty is with the bike manufacturer (or shop in reality) not us’ kind of situation?

Some very keen shock and fork prices on their website.

Wow. I just got my fork back form fettling, have always found Mojo brilliant to deal with, would hope this isn’t the case

    Who is Warren Tee?

warrentee/Warren Tee – English is not my first language – forgive.

Not having a moan at shop or at mojo. Both have been very nice to deal with.

I’m just passing on what I just heard – that’s all.

Did you get any info on who is now handling warranties?

Looks like it they are dumping them, or have been dumped.

They are pumping stuff out at cost.

That would be my guess, it always looked like fox and mojo had a strong relationship, there would have to be a compelling reason to break it. Mind you sometimes strange decisions are made in business.

Fox brought the German distribution and service “in house” a couple of years ago, maybe that is part of their business plan.

Just called them to check on my back orders and unfortunately they aren’t Fox’s UK distributor any longer. They were always super helpful and I wish them all the best in the future.

Get a journo to call them up… big news…

Are Fox gonna open a UK office then, or switch to another distributor?

Hope there’s no jobs at risk anyways.

Thought I may as well snag an X2 at them prices, was gonna get a new shock anyway and if it doesn’t work good on my bike I shouldn’t lose much selling it on.

Bah, just as my 36s have developed a creaky steerer too.

Presumably Mojo will still exist as a suspension specialist, just more in the mould of TF Tuned who I suspect won’t be delighted about this development.

unless TF are the new distributor of course….

That’s a bit of a shock. I hope that Mojo stays aFloat. Presumably Fox will Transfer to a new distributor.

Kind-of glad they have no 36s going cheap.

    That was my first thought.

Blimey they are knocking stuff out cheap, wish I had a bike that an X2 fitted.

That depends on wheel size and boostness 😀

Strewth, just snagged some 2018 29er Float 34’s for £371. They are listed under the “end of line” items. I couldn’t say no at that price.

That’s a proper blow if Fox have just dumped them 😯

Fox=Mojo in the UK, the two are so intertwined it’ll take a lot to unpick the connections. Wonder what that means for the Mojo/Fox demo setup at BPW, unless they’ve nicked the distribution?

Presumably Mojo will still exist as a suspension specialist, just more in the mould of TF Tuned who I suspect won’t be delighted about this development.

Hope they do, I’ll be chucking my Rockshox and Cane Creek stuff their way too if it is the case. No problems with TFTuned but having Mojo 20 mins down the road is very handy.

called them and they said its an ongoing situation, no new distributor as yet. wished them luck as it doesn’t sound rosey.

Happened here in Oz with Intense, second it was confirmed they shipped all their bikes out to one of the onlines at clearance prices…

Mojo are likely to continue as a suspension specialist and do more than just FoX…..

    GeoMetron bikes are unaffected….

Shhhhh, you’re not helping. Though not sure they can be made 190×50 so not going to ask.

Well it looks like I’ll be drilling a hole for an internal dropper this week!

The probably got binned off after Fox saw Chris Porter’s saddle angle

Not really, Fox always try to position themselves above RS in terms of being a more ‘premium’ product
