    I've recently fitted a 04-ish vintage Swinger Air 4way to a Patriot.

I've been quite surprised at the high SPV pressure I've needed to use to calm the shock on seated climbs. I'm using 150psi – and I think the quoted range is 50 – 175. Maybe this is due to the fairly high shock leverage ratio of 3:1 – but I'd expected that amount of SPV pressure to almost lock the shock out. Stand on the pedals though and it bobs away quite obviously.

I've got 130psi in the main air chamber to run the minimum recommended sag. I'm about 12 stone.

I've got the SPV chamber adjusted all the way out – since I've not had an issue with bottoming the shock.

Is anyone else running a similar set up? What settings work for you?
