not riding routes, not riding loops or trails.
just going to the woods like when you was a kid and just laeking out on your bike?

yes, quite often in the little bit of woods at the end of my street. Great fun

Used to quite a lot, mostly urban suff bit short of fun woodland sections round my way. Bit short on time nowadays so wanna get as many miles and downhills in as possible so it’s “proper riding” for me.

Did have a play on the broken road at mam tor few weeks ago that was fun, never been on it before.

I quite often just head out… no particular direction but much less since the road bike went. Although since getting the HT finished I’m hoping it happens slightly more.

I seem to get hurt more when I decide to have a ‘play’ 🙁

I often just head out, no plan just ride random route, pick up a footpath or bridal way if I see one and see where it takes me, avoiding roads and proper paths as much as possible.

Laeking in the woods is great!
An hour well spent.

Yeah we don’t have any proper trails here but there’s one little section of downhill singletrack that’s really fun so I usually just go ride down that then back up for a while, it’s good.

we did that last night, rode a bit I’ve never had the balls to ride before too

Certainly do squire, ’tis my most favoured type of riding….specially on a warm, sunny evening after a gash day at work 😀
