After moaning the other day on a post that my issue still hadn't come, I assumed it would appear today, no such luck. To add insult to injury I saw it in a bike shop today. I know ST staff have no control over the post but surely even Royal Fail can't cock up that much.

I'm sure they can, sometimes I same time as most sometimes days after.
