    Evening all,

Planning a family camping trip to North Wales in the summer and looking for a nice campsite – one that is not to busy, has decent amenities and good for the family. We usually head down to France but finances are tight this year. We want to avoid the Haven type places but still want to feel that we can let the kids play.

    Thanks,
    Richard.

I just stayed in a really nice one in barmouth. Just outside town, you can see the gorgeous beach from the campsite (between some houses), barmouth is pretty nice, you have coed y brenin round the corner and machynlleth (sp) down the road. Kids play areas on site, little skate park. Good place. Can’t remember the name but its about half mile to a mile along the coast, can’t miss it.

    Edit- its this one…
