So I’ve got the kit to convert my hub to 15mm from 20mm. The youtube video shows notches in the flange, to unscrew the existing fittings … only mine doesn’t have any notches and the axle looks like it is a continuous cylinder all the way through. Was there a significant difference to fittings before 2012?

Yes – the older ones (grey hub grey rim 2007> and white hub grey rim 2009> had different front axles from the newer white hub white rim ones – in the 2009> that was a full length axle that would be too wide to go in a 15mm

    What you need is:

Yes thanks, the hub is white/rim is grey – so 2009-2011.

The Risseracing link shows the replacement hub as 100mm, is there another conversion kit needed also?

    No, 15mm fork is 100mm width – the 20mm are 110 between.
