I need a hotel in Stockholm for one night in September, is it best to find a room now or wait untill the last minute, anyone recommend a site that gives some decent prices.

forgot to say, apparently stockholm isnt cheap

we stayed in the youth hostel in the middle. Pleasant little place it was, and about 14 krona a night

I stayed at the Rica Hotel Kungsgatan which is not far from the train station, a few minutes walk from the waterside and does a cracking breakfast buffet.

The only slight 'quirk' was I was in an inside room, so no windows at all. Just a good excuse to go out more!
