Apologies if this has been discussed before.
My front brake is a hope mono mini (black/gold) and is IS mount with 180mm disc.
My new forks are rebas and are post mount, is there an adapter available to fit the mini caliper to the post mount forks whilst retaining the 180mm disc?

You need one of [url= http://clee-cycles.co.uk/esite/P1043/product ]these [/url] KCNC adaptors from Clee. It looks like the pic below. That's a set of 180mm Hope brakes fitted to RS Reba using a 160mm adaptor with no increase in rotor size.
