The 7stanes biking display team will be in action with some “jaw dropping” moves, riding balance beams and showing off jumps from great heights. There will also be a “Have a go area” for anyone wishing to try their hand at mountain biking.

Demo bikes will be offer and travel information on getting to Scotland for some the world’s best biking will be available to everyone who comes to see the roadshow.

The event takes place in Custom House Square, Belfast, on 20 February from 10am – 4pm.

Mandy Burgess, 7stanes development co-ordinator said: “We already attract many riders from Northern Ireland but we wanted to spread the message even further.  We want people to be more aware of the scale, quality and range of 7stanes biking on offer all year round. We’d welcome anyone with an interest in finding out more to come along to the event, have fun and find out more.”

I have been a writer for nigh on 20 years, a photographer for 25 years and a mountain biker for 30 years. I have written countless magazine and website features and route guides for the UK mountain bike press, most notably for the esteemed and highly regarded Singletrackworld. Although I am a Lancastrian, I freely admit that West Yorkshire is my favourite place to ride. Rarely a week goes by without me riding and exploring the South Pennines.
