Brand new never worn Shimano RX6 Gravel shoes. Size EU45

I bought these second hand, tired them on and realised they don't fit. They say EU45 which is normally a UK10 but I think these run a bit small. Note they say US10.5 on the box which would be a 9.5 here. They feel really good but are just too tight in the toes on one foot.

Looking for £70 posted or make me an offer.
