- Partner puts up the prize.
- We run the raffle and handle all the tickets and the draw.
- We run the promotion campaign for the raffle and the brand which includes..
- Prominent site wide links and marketing.
- News story listing the raffle complete with a detailed run down of the product with full links back to partners preferred website.
- Social media promotions across all Singletrack’s social platforms for the duration of the raffle (550k followers – June 2024).
- Creation and publication of Product Highlight feature to the front page to be permanently featured in our product highlights archive.
- Sticky forum thread to promote the product and the raffle.
- Featured in each week’s newsletter while the raffle is live.
- Raffle campaigns run for a minimum of 2 weeks.
- We handle the draw and all regulatory requirements around paid raffles in the UK.
- All copy agreed with the brand prior to publication.
- Prizes with RRP of over £2000 get their own exclusive raffle.
- Prizes with RRP less than £2k may at our discretion be rolled into a combined raffle with other partners.
Cost of campaign £zero! We make our revenue from the ticket sales.
You agree to do the following
- Guarantee the prize is delivered to the raffle winner within three weeks of the draw taking place and assume all responsibility for it’s delivery.
- Optionally provide us with a sample of the prize in order to create hands on promotional material for the raffle.
- Optionally provide us with marketing material, images, video and copy in order to enhance our marketing of the raffle.
- Even though there is no direct cost from you to us for this campaign you commit to ensuring the winner receives their prize or any alternative the winner may agree to with you, including a cash alternative to the full RRP value of the prize should you not be able to provide the featured prize for whatever reason. You commit to providing the winner with a full customer service as if they had purchased the prize directly from you, including full customer warranties and guarantees.
