And today is day five of the Singletrack countdown giveaway. And before we tell you what we're giving away today, let's go over what we've already given away

That's the important thing. So today, day five, we're going to give away another prize

And you might think, oh, we're going to give away some old forks because these are forks that we've used on test

But actually, no, we're going to give away a suspension fork service and custom tune

Oh, right. And who will be doing the suspension fork service and custom tune

So a company called JTEC are going to work with us to get basically if you win, we'll send your forks off to JTEC

and they will completely clean and service your forks and even give them a custom tune so to make them better than you basically Actually that a fact better than new Better than new Yeah better than new That quite a promise No honestly Yeah So like So is that

the service bit? That servicing can't make them better than you. Okay so a service, so for example

like you've got a fork on the front of your bike, you've used it all year round, you've pressure

washing it unless you've used the mock-off pressure washer, that won't damage it, but you've used your

other powerful pressure washer on it, water and grit has got in the seals, the oil isn't as clean

anymore so when that fork was new it was working like really really well but now because it's a bit

dirty it's a bit older and you haven't really cared for it because you don't really need to

these days so much it's not working like in tip-top condition so what you can do you can

send your fork off to jtech and what they'll do is first of all they'll check for any damage

so they'll check your stanchions or staunch and not staunch and yes staunch and as will used to

say for scratches or damage then they'll clean them strip them down completely once again once

they're stripped down they'll check out for more damage because your stentions can wear inside as

well and then what they'll do is they'll chemically clean it get it really really really really clean

make sure there's no issues and then they'll rebuild them using better than new parts so if

it's possible they'll use really super high quality skf seals and skf seals are so good that even rock

shocks use them on their new forks they don't use their own seals anymore they use SKF so that's really cool so you get better seals you'll get better oil and

they even add a loop like an additive to that oil to make it super slippy so better than new that a fact So that would cost you But we going to give a service away for free plus a custom tune

A custom tune as well. Yeah. So tune to your specific needs then, is it

Tune to perfection, yeah. Like a pro rider, in fact. Yeah, just like a pro rider

So like these forks, these are off the shelf, yeah? So the idea when, you know, X-Fusion and Manitou and Rock Chucks and everyone

when they design these forks they have to design them for everyone basically so like you might be

the same way as someone else but you ride totally differently or you ride steeper stuff you don't

ride steep stuff you do more jumps so these forks have got to do a lot so they're okay for everyone

but they're not perfect for anyone so the JTEC custom tune will basically make your fork perfect

for you so when hannah because hannah's known for like huge 50 foot gaps and back flips and stuff

yeah so she needs a really stiff fork designed for massive impact yeah whereas i just like nothing

to do with my weight no and then i just like potter along so i don't need any of that so um yeah

jaytick will actually custom tune your damper the whole fork specifically for you and they'll ask

you questions such as like where do you normally ride how fast you ride how hard you ride how much

you weigh, yeah, and where you are in the country because obviously where you are

like if you live around here, you're riding steep stuff, but if you're down south, maybe it's more flatter

but bigger jump stuff. So yeah custom tuned fork And that is worth 135 pounds Cool So you get one of those for free so what this total prize worth then so it it actually worth 135 pound plus a mudguard because they
