Eurobike 2016: New Products from 3T and Brooks

I’m sure you recall how component manufacturer 3T jumped into the full bike thing with the Exploro aero gravel bike back in June of this year. The bike has certainly gained a lot of attention, and we’ll be offering a full review on one soon. In the meantime, 3T is still offering fine carbon fiber components, such as this Zero25 post.
The idea is that offers both zero setback and 25mm setback. Yes, it’s a reversible seat post. Want zero setback? Turn the post one way. 25mm setback? Turn it to face the other way.

The reversible 3T Zero25 post seatpost is available in 27.2 and 31.6 diameters. Note this will not fit the new Exploro is that bike has a unique aero shape.

It’s also available in a carbon fiber version (team) and aluminum version (pro)

By now, you’ve heard of, read about and/or ridden the lovely Cambium saddle from Brooks. The legendary English cycling brand bolstered its iconic leather saddles with some new, more modern technology-laden and non-leather saddles a few years ago. The C15 made people turn their heads, as the saddle retained the basic aesthetic of the company’s leather saddles (read: rivets). But these new siblings are waterproof and feature a cotton covering on a vulcanized natural rubber base.
The new C13 model is quite familiar in aesthetic, yet weigh a full 130 grams less than the C15 models because of a fancy continuous carbon fiber rail.

The C13 will come in three widths and two styles (carved center, and full covering) for a total of six options.

Brooks Cambium Bar Tape
Brooks also had on display its new Cambium Rubber Bar Tape. Similar in feel to the popular Lizard Skins DSP tape, it’s padded and comes in a variety of colors.
