With the MK Cyclocros UCI World Cup less than 12 weeks away, the organisers have announced two new sponsors today.
Former UK national Champ Nikki Harris rides Ridley and wears Lazer
Ridley and Lazer join Shimano as partners to the event with Ridley being the presenting partner, and Lazer coming in as a Supporting partner. Both brands promise a whole host pof competitions and deals available to spectators and attendees on the day and will have expo area’s to check out the latest wares. Series sponsor Shimano’s big tech truck will also be on hand providing tech support to teams and riders and giving techy fans advice and the chance to watch pro mechanics working on some of the top cross racers machinery first hand.
Organiser, event director and the man who’s dedication to cross is the reason this international event is coming to the UK had this to say, ”

Both Ridley and Lazer have such a strong presence in cyclocross that it’s great they want to be involved as the sport takes another step forward with a World Cup in a new market. Having current national champ ian field, and former womens nations champ, Nikki Harris at the event riding Ridley and wearing Lazer this season is the icing on the cake.”
