The Attack Disc Brake wheels bring discs and tubeless capability to these nice carbon wheels.

The Attack wheels are not a new offering from Reynolds for 2015, but they have been significantly updated. And these updates make them very attractive to cyclocross racers and gravel riders.

24 DT Swiss Aero Camp spokes for each wheel.

For 2015, Reynolds gave these carbon fiber clincher wheels the tubeless treatment. Combined with 25mm wide rims, these wheels are designed to offer a certain level of comfort with their performance. Additionally these hoops, as the name implies, feature disc brake hubs for 2015. Twenty-four DT Swiss Aero Comp spokes are laced up on both the front and rear wheels. Reynolds puts the weight for the set at 1454g.
Lake MX331 Cross Shoes

A black version of the Lake MX331 Cross shoe meets its orange sibling.

We’ll be including the Lake MX331 cyclocross shoe in with our Cyclocross Shoe Group Test in issue 002 of the digital magazine in November. When Lake shipped the shoes to us earlier this year, orange was the only color option. For 2015, perhaps to appeal to those of us with more conservative fashion sense, a murdered-out all-black version of the MX331 will be offered along with the original orange.

The two metal blades look like rabbit teeth. Or vampire fangs.

The MX331 Cross is a shoe built specifically for cyclocross racing. This shoe features a sturdy carbon fiber sole, replaceable spikes on the toe and heel and a BOA closure system. To increase performance in the worst of conditions, the MX331’s also sport a pair of metal blades in front of the replaceable spikes in the toe. The MX331 Cross is also available in women’s and wide options.
