In an attempt to balance out some of the negative customer service stories we get on here (some of them from me!) I’ll just give a quick shout-out to Yorkshire Bikemonger for being at the opposite end of the spectrum.
Bought some items in April, attempted to use them at the end of May but ran into compatibility issues. Finally remembered to email them a week ago.
No problem whatsoever. One item a bit scruffy where I had been attempting to make it work, no packaging for either, but no quibbles, quick replies and refunded about four days after I posted them.
Top marks, will use again.
