    Cyclescheme is on at work and I think I’ll bite the bullet and go for it. I’m after a trail HT for £1000. I’m looking at Genesis Latitude 10 or 00, Core 30 or 40 or a Whyte 805. Is there anything else should consider? My LBS is happy to top up another hundred or so.

    Help, opinions etc welcome

    not from your LBS but Boardman and Voodoo are both worth a look.

    mate of mine has just splashed out on an 805
    spec looks good, hope to see it in the flesh next week
