Bought a Kind Shock i900 about Nov 08 – was much cheaper then superstar then. Good delivery time. It developed a fault about 10 months in – emailed and got a quick reply saying send it back. Did so and got an updated replacement.

If you email them I think it helps if you google translate your message as well and send that – can only help.

I've used them…only place I could get a replacement hose for my Zefal track pump. Quick delivery considering it was quite an odd part to stock and good price…I'd use them again.
