    Assuming you’re talking about M970 ones, you only need the screw in tool to remove them. To fit you simply torque up the main fixing bolt (45-55Nm) and use the adjustment ring to remove play – there is another tool to grip the ring but it can be done without.

    IS this only required to remove the cranks?
