Hi lads
Just got a trek superfly 29er.
It come with Bonty xr1 tyres front and back.
I have a reign which I have a MM front and trail king on the rear. I’m after something fast rolling for the SF.
I normally run a NN on my other Xc bike but can’t decide between a NN , Minion SS Bonty Xr3 or Maxxis aggressor.
What would you pick ? I will be mainly using it for Xc and longer rides.

Fast enough on the front and got a bit more bite than the rear.

X king front and race king rear for me. Black chili protection versions.

If your sticking with Bonty, either XR2 or XR3, for XC if you have one of each 1,2,3 and swap them accordingly through the year dependent on conditions

I too have a Superfly 29er and like nickdavies I run a 2.4 X King front, 2.2 Race king rear in protection guise for the summer months. They work great down here in Dorset on chalk downland and sandy healthland.

I’m on my 2nd pair of XR2s, love ’em.

Cheers lads. I ended up ordering an XR3. I have been out on the SF tonight and the XR1 tyres weren’t that bad even in a bit mud so a XR3 should be spot on.
