does anyone know how to repair this problem? i have searched t’internet and found all the quick fixes but was wandering if there was a better way i could fix it. single red light (not rrod) but does not happen if the av/hdmi cable is not in, as soon as i put one of them in, red light!!!!! btw it is way out of warranty

Borrow a friends or cheap replacement off Ebay?

will ask a mate, i am sure he will lend me his cable to try. already tried 2 different hdmi cables i know work and still does it 🙁
