- WTD: Cheap Mech, Cranks, Stem/Bars, Seatpost/Saddle, Pedals……..
Hiya, how about a bit of a package:
EA70 standard clamp riser bars (have got a stem too but it’s 100mm?)
flat pedals, black superstar ones, repalceable pins and good bearings
deore cranks, nearly new bb, 32t ring, and a 22 if I can find it
superstar lock on grips, red I think, not much use
maybe a seatpost too, will have a dig in the loft when I get home
drop me an email maybe and we’ll discuss, price wise I’m under your budget

Trying to build up my Alpine as cheap as possible as a bike for a mate. Got forks and brakes, need nearing everything else!! I’ve added my mates budget for each part……
➡ SRAM rear mech – £10 ish
➡ Cranks (with rings and bb) 73mm bb, 170 or 175mm crank length – £30 ish
➡ 50mm – 70mm stem and riser bars – £15-20 for both
➡ Lock on grips – £5
➡ 27.2mm Seatpost – <£10
➡ Saddle (charge spoon type shape) – <£10
➡ Flat pedals – <£10
These need to be as cheap as possible really, condition not that important as long as they function.
Thanks 😀Posted 6 years ago
