I’ve been asked by a friend to restore a Scott voltage for her teenage son.
It belonged to his older brother who sadly died in a tragic car accident.
The bike needs some tlc and degreaser, most parts serviceable but the forks are shot.
It currently has manitou stance forks, would be looking for something similar and fairly cheap!

Straight 1-1/8 steerer- 190mm length minimum
    Standard 9mm Quick Release dropouts
Post mount disc ( same as fox)
Ideally black so as not to change the look of the bike

Please post on here or mail in profile

Edit- does anyone know if a 9 speed chain will run on an 8 speed cassette?

9 speed chain is thinner than 8sp so no won’t work. 6, 7, 8 are all same width I think.

Thanks Nixie, will have to hunt for a part worn 8 speed chain
