- Wrist support help
Decathlon do a couple of good ones. The Soft 300 works well for me. https://www.decathlon.co.uk/C-932927-wrist-supportsPosted 3 months agopotheadMember
Used the £12.99 strong wrist support from decathlon whilst recovering from a broken radius last year. It has a hard plastic splint which sits in the palm of your hand but can be removed, which made it ideal for riding, and was by far the best support I found in the price rangePosted 3 months agoTimPMember
Tried loads for rugby after a failed hand off. This was the best and still comes with me for biking weekends as it can play up a bit after a long day riding.

Nope, I’ll have a look thanks. No idea what I did, felt like I’d broken it for a few days but no swelling so I never troubled the doctor. But I’ve had no strength in it for a couple of months, and now it hurts like buggery if I swing a hammer or mallet and aches after every ride. Ho hum, stretches is worth a try.Posted 3 months ago
