It’s a screenshot. On a Windows PC, hit the Windows key + Shift + S to launch the snipping tool. This lets you take a shot of any selected area of the screen. You can then save that as an image file and upload it. It takes a few seconds once you get used to the procedure. On a phone, no idea.
