We placed an order on the 9th of May for a Frog bike which they advertised as in stock. Got an update on the 11th saying the bike was not in stock and they will get a supplier delivery around the 26th.
Feeling a bit anxious we sent an email on the 18th asking if the supplier delivery on track. Phone line closed and email not responded to.
I hope I don’t come across as a difficult customer, things are hard all round at the moment, I get that – would be nice to get an update. Anyone been able to contact them or know how they are doing?
