We need a new wifi printer, looking at a mono laser, as it suits our needs (you seem to be able get some thing for around £60 e.g. http://tinyurl.com/cvapdpb). How easy is it to set it up to work through an android tablet?

I assume it’s all app driven? I also want to get it working on a Windows laptop and Linux PC (which I think will be quite easy).

    Any experience or advice?

(I have a Samsung Galaxy note 10.1, if hardware makes a difference)

    Thanks

My dad has just bought a HP printer with the eprint functionality and my brother prints from Android just fine along with me from my IOS devices.

We’ve got an HP £40 thing with ePrint. Can print from my phone or tablet via email. It’s not laser though.

Cloud Print works a treat for me.

My printer is connected to a machine on my network that’s always on, so I can print from anywhere with a connection using the Cloud Print app on my phone and tablet. A cloud print ready printer would take out the need to have a machine on.

Quite cool to be able to print stuff out at home wherever I am.
