I paste the link in the box and then all that shows up in a thread is non clickable text. What am I doing wrong?

It needs to be a full youtube.com link, not youtu.be or anything else.

enter it as:

But instead of pointy brackets <> use square ones []

(does contain some swearing so don’t play at work!)

working ok here after a tip about the https problem from someone here
