i still have last night's dinner on my mind… Slow roasted pork belly, chickpea mash, garlic & chilli broccoli. All crafted by my own fair hands. It was trumpet-blowingly fantastic (backed up by the SO). If only there were leftovers. Instead, for lunch I shall be having cheese on toasted homemade sourdough rye & caraway seed bread with homemade apple chutney.
