now with crossmax xl wheels, matching tyres, oh and the steerers cut down

I love the stealth grey anodised finish, matches the pace forks nicely.
Have since put on raceface cranks and a new WTB saddle.

They look fantastic in the flesh too – saw one in Mud Dock, Bristol, last week – lovely looking bike.

I had my first ride on this today in the Pentlands, felt great and looking forward to my next ride on it already.

I agree about the bikes being underated, currently Chumba do not have a UK distributor, but that may be about to change 🙂

My line up is:

Slime green Prophet as my daily commuter 2500 miles on the lefty max with zero service, and it still works perfectly.

Then for race duty its the Rush:

this bike will crash through anything and still come out smiling, its saved me from certain doom on too many occaisions.

and for nerve recking speed and a ride that will shake your fillings loose:

and when I am feeling nostalgic:

Enduro.

How do you find it rides with the Pikes?(140mm I presume)
Built mine up originally with 130mm Pace RC40XCAM’s,then changed to 125mm TALAS RLC’s.
Just taken my 36 FLOAT’s off another bike,dropped the travel by 30mm,but amount of stanchion showing is more like 140mm,not had chance to ride it yet,just wondering if it’ll upset the geometry(therefore the handling).
