    Building up a blue and white Kona Four for Mrs notlocal, as a back to riding pressy. She broke her back in a car crash, so wants something a bit softer than her hardtail.

    Anyhoo. Which light/strong rims should I get with blue hope pro II hubs? Any thoughts on the following:
    DT XR400
    Stans
    Spank Oozy

    Anything else for around £350
