  • Which musician do you most closely resemble?

I am a huuuge fan of the band Little Feat.

It has been pointed out that I may have subconsciously grown to look like a shorter, fatter (?), greyer, older Lowell George…

Which is odd, because I’m sure I still look like James Dean Bradfield.

Out of the forumites I’ve met, there’s definitely a Buster Bloodvessel, a Frank Black, a Tom Hingley and at least one Nick Cave out there.

    You?

@Rusty – Little Feat…. one of the great bands and so under-rated.

I get called Jay Kay (Jamiroquai) a lot, which isn’t too bad and I’m not far off Richard James (Aphex Twin).
All depends on how I’m wearing my hair and stubble length.

I’m also told I make Barry White sound like Peewee Herman, such is the depth of my mellifluous voice, though I look like neither.

Nick Cave when he had hair – certain angles its really quite a likeness – my cousin took a photo to look just like one of his album covers once.
In realty its one of those you can see rather than i will get a job as an impersonator

Going back to the mid-90’s or so, there was a certain resemblance to Dave Stewart of the Eurythmics, to the extent that on a biking holiday to Chamonix I got called Dave by everyone else in the group.
Could have been a lot worse.

I look EXACTLY like Wizzard bassist Rick Price, but only in the video for I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day (dude in the spangly blue jacket).

Well apart from the drugs, drink, smoking, talent and charisma. Also I’m younger than he is.

But I do have white hair.

    Andy R is Brian Pern!!!

I’m visually definitely Buster Bloodvessel, but philosophically this is my theme tune….
