So, I’m looking at getting a new FS bike.
Looking at the bikes I’m after they are up to £1500 cheaper in the USA/ Canada.

For that difference- I can afford to fly pretty much anywhere in the USA/Canada, purchases the bike, ride it for a week and then fly back.

Where would people suggest I go? I fancy some where warm with fantastic singletrack/trail riding. Not really after gravity specific.

(Warranty inst an issue as my dad has a place over there and often flys back often.)

Somewhere with no sales tax. Oregon seems like the best bet, you could fly to the north and drive to Vancouver afterwards. There’s New Hampshire or Delaware if you want to ride the Appalachians. The others are Montana and Alaska, Montana might be more of an uplift/gravity place due to ski resorts.

If your dad flies back often why not get him to bring a bike back?
