Where are all the Shimano equipped bikes?

Couldn’t the rear mech be charged by the rotating cassette/hub? Simple induction solution?

Building your own bike is the solution here, you can even mix and match.

It’s also very satisfying riding something you have put together, particularly when it works.

But I think ruling out a bike because it doesn’t have Shimano or SRAM is a bit drastic.
