    CSCS test?

    Yes.
I have the correct answer but I still don’t understand the question from the way it was written. 😕

It looks like a before and after are the wrong way round in there

It’s not you, it’s the question.

Wouldn’t worry about it. The CSCS test is full of poorly worded questions like that.

Search on YouTube for a school burning down in south London about 7/8 years ago for what happens when you leave too early.

    When using a blowtorch…

1/ Do not shout “FLAME ON” in a Fantastic Four voice

2/ Do not turn around too quickly when someone asks
“What do you want from the bakers?”

3/ After use,do not leave the torch on a shelf ,nozzle facing out,
    for the apprentice to grab.

4/ Do not use torch to heat up screws that the apprentice is using.

    😉

I know, that’s the worst that I came across and just had to share it. Other favourites include the so obvious ones that if you get it wrong you should be shot on the spot.

That’s the copper pipe carrying question and having the ends sticking out of the passenger window.

Fools, everyone knows you need to balance it out with half sticking out the driver’s side!

From the way the answers are worded this seems to be less a question about fire safety and more one about working time directives. If you’re still working with the blow torch 4 hours after you’ve left then that means you’re taking your work home with you. Or appropriating company property to make yourself a nice creme brule for your tea.

a nice creme brule for your tea.

The only legitimate use for a blowtorch IMO.

Congratulations you have passed this test.
You anwered all of the questions correctly.

This does not make me feel any more confident that work is being carried out correctly or safer on sites. 😐
