    Just out of curiosity.

I’ve just tucked into a couple of home-made sarnies….roast beef on one and a ham salad on the other both brown bread. About to demolish a lovely cake because it’s a birthday.

What are you having? What would you have if you were watching the lbs?

    Yes – I am bored 😉

There may be traybake in the staffroom too!

Some bulgur wheat with tuna, hulled sunflower seeds, kalanji onion seeds, tomato, cucumber and peppers (with a little olive oil mixed in) along side some grated carrot and white cabbage.

Dead tasty and all made by me!

Just back from town. Cheddar, stilton and apple salad sarnie on white and a slice of lemon bakewell. Cup of water and I’ll make a brew in a minute.

not watching the lbs, or even the LBS, so I’m going to the Counting House for a pie and a pint or two. Not sure what pie yet, but reckon a pint of Discovery will slip down nicely.

I’m about to have some cheese and crumpets, but that’s at home 😛

At the “office” tends to be something like flapjack, and a sandwich or leftovers

Usually 2 rounds of sandwiches on Granary Bread, Ham & Cheese or Corned Beef and Cheese usually, 2 packets of crisps and a banana or mars bar.

If I go to Marks I’ll get some Grapes and Apple slices for the afternoon.

Now I have seen a picture of Greggs, I may have to nip in for some warm sausage rolls…

Binners – thats one of my usual haunts on a lunchtime. Tuna crunch baguette, sausage roll and a belgian bun.

Went to the posh shop for a change today and I can confirm, lemon bakewell tart is the best thing ever!
