anyone know if they are on strike or ought.

been 5 days since i placed an order and it’s still being processed.

My experience is that “Processing” means ‘Oops, we’re actually out of stock of that item. Erm, let’s not contact the customer and hope they don’t realise their goods haven’t arrived. And if they call, we’ll not answer the phone’

Not that I have had a bad experience… E-mail and tell them you will be cancelling the order and instructing your card company to recover the money, that eventually got me service of a kind.

Been doing as much business as I can with other companies since.

I’m not sure what to make of the processing thing- I’ve had my order delivered and in my hands a couple of times when apparently it’s still processing.

That said they’ve not sent my pump yet and I could do with it this week…
