Ok i've got a specialised Stuntjumper FSR 2007 frame (comp, the red and black one), which from other parts off ebay i built into a whole bike, it's my first full sus.
Problem is i throw a bolt 780m going up the Slugain to Ben Avon, which lead to a rather ginger and slightly sideways return.

Anyhow what do you call these bolts on the end of the rear chain stay awhere it connects on to the rear cog brakets? (some sort of bolt baring pivot thing)

I would rather not look like a tube in the bike shop!

By your description it's the horst link pivot or the pivot bolt

pivot bolt – in your case the horst link pivot bolt (may well be a bolt and captive nut you need, similar or possibly even the same as a chainring bolt)

This is the hole where the bolt should be, it's the whole you can see the cassette through!

You're in luck mate, i've just finished replacing the bearings on my mates, and the kit has those bolts included. If you e-mail me your adress i'll pop the old ones in the post for you.
