    Upside down on a bar, toes pointed to the sky, head pointed to the ground, hand at waist level, arms straight, hips pushed forward.

    Its like the starting/end position for a inverted deadlift.

    I can’t remember the name of it.

    Thanks ff – its tricky to google something when you don’t know whats it is called.

    I’ve started playing around with them in the park when I saw some teens doing it – front leaver progression I’m guessing.

    Not sure what muscles it works but hard is all I can say.

    Yep, front lever progression is to hold it progressively with more lean forward; or try pulses (aka kip extensions).

    Mainly abs, lats/pecs depending on the lean angle.

    I do a lot of kip extensions myself.

    tried this morn only managed ti get to shins. exponentially harder after that.

    Like anything, always hard on the first attempt. Just needs a bit of persistence and you’ll get there!
